一、 簡(jiǎn)要說(shuō)明 (Brief Description)
1.本著用戶滿意是我們宗旨的服務(wù)理念制定本技術(shù)規(guī)格書(shū).

2.WP10 系列發(fā)電用柴油機(jī)是在斯太爾系列柴油機(jī)基礎(chǔ)上開(kāi)發(fā)的系列柴油機(jī)。
WP10 series diesel engine was developed based on STEYR series diesel engine .
3.WP10D238E200 型柴油機(jī)是 WP10 系列中發(fā)電專用柴油機(jī)，于 2012 年公司開(kāi)發(fā)的
增壓器中置新結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)電用柴油機(jī)。

二、 陸用發(fā)電柴油機(jī)功率定義及使用條件（The power and use conditions of
diesel engine for generator）
1.持續(xù)功率 COP：柴油機(jī)每年運(yùn)行時(shí)間不限、在恒定負(fù)荷下持續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的最大功率。
ISO 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)功率。
Continuous power（COP）
: Diesel engine can run anytime and continuous operation at
constant load of maximum power. ISO standard power.
2.常用功率 PRP：柴油機(jī)每年運(yùn)行時(shí)間不限、在可變負(fù)荷下持續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的最大功率。
可超負(fù)荷 10%的 ISO 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)功率。
Prime Power（PRP）: Diesel engine can run anytime and continuous operation under
variable load maximum power. It can overload of 10% ISO standard power.
3.備用功率 ESP：柴油機(jī)每年運(yùn)行可達(dá) 200h 的某一可變功率系列中的最大功率。
油量限定的 ISO 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)功率。
Standby Power（ESP）: Diesel engine can running up to 200h by the maximum power
of variable power per year. the ISO standard power be oil defined.

需在 10s 內(nèi)完成。自然吸氣柴油機(jī)，環(huán)境溫度 5℃以
下時(shí)，需增加預(yù)熱設(shè)施保證柴油機(jī)出水溫度在 30℃以
上；環(huán)境溫度 5℃以上時(shí)，無(wú)預(yù)熱設(shè)施。增壓柴油機(jī)
環(huán)境溫度 10℃以下時(shí)，需增加預(yù)熱設(shè)施保證柴油機(jī)出
水溫度在 30℃以上；環(huán)境溫度 10℃以上時(shí)，無(wú)預(yù)熱
設(shè)施。
Starting the diesel engine without thermal process and
from start to accelerate to rated speed required to be
completed within 10s. When below ambient
temperature 5 ℃, naturally aspirated diesel engines
need to increase diesel preheat facility to ensure the
water temperature is above 30 ℃; And on the way
round when ambient temperature above 5 ℃. When
the ambient temperature below 10 ℃, the
turbocharged diesel engine need to increase diesel
preheat facility to ensure the water temperature is

六、 柴油機(jī)使用環(huán)境 (Ambiance condition)
1．柴油機(jī)在下列條件下，應(yīng)能輸出額定功率：
The diesel engine should be able to output rated power in the following conditions.
a）絕對(duì)大氣壓力，PX：100kPa（或海拔高度 0 米）；
Atmospheric pressure, PX:100kPa (or 0 meter above sea level);
b）環(huán)境溫度，Tr：298K（25℃）；
Ambiance temperature , Tr: 298K(25℃)；
c）空氣相對(duì)濕度Φ r：30%。
Relative air humidityΦ r：30%。
2. 柴油機(jī)在下列條件下，應(yīng)能連續(xù)并可靠地工作：
The diesel engine should be able to work continuously and reliably in the following
sonditions.

a）環(huán)境溫度：下限值-30℃，上限值 50℃；
Range of ambiance temperature: -30℃≤T≤50℃；
b）空氣相對(duì)濕度：最濕月平均最高相對(duì)濕度為 90%（指該月的月平均最低溫度為
25℃）
Relative air humidity：the max relative humidity is 90% of the wettest month in a year(It
means that the lowest average temperature of this month is 25℃)
d)工作環(huán)境中應(yīng)無(wú)爆炸性氣體、無(wú)導(dǎo)電塵埃。
The working environment should be without explosive gas and electric mote.
e)工作現(xiàn)場(chǎng)如有任何特殊的危險(xiǎn)條件（如爆炸大氣環(huán)境和易燃?xì)怏w）用戶應(yīng)提前加
